Are protests outside abortion clinics an expression of free speech or a harassment of women?

Ealing Council in London has become the first Council in the UK to ban anti-abortion campaigners from protesting outside an abortion clinic. It follows complaints that women using the west London centre were being harassed and intimidated by anti-abortion protesters, some brandishing large images of foetuses and shouting “murderers”. Councillors voted unanimously to create a safe buffer zone outside a local clinic.
